Brendon McCullum, the New Zealand batsman, has said he was trying to place Australia A’s bowlers, who were aspiring for a place in the national XI, under pressure during his whirlwind innings of 146 on day one of the tour match in Brisbane.Thanks largely to McCullum, the tourists enjoyed a fruitful first day’s cricket in Australia, while setting back the claims of some of the fast men competing for a place in the home XI for the first Test at the Gabba.”If you get decks as good as that one, it’d be nice to play with that sort of freedom,” McCullum said. “It was quite a good attack as well, so it was nice to get away to quite a decent, positive start early on and try to put them under some pressure too.”McCullum reckoned the Australian bowlers were a tad too short on an even-tempered pitch, reducing their chances of claiming wickets. He singled out James Pattinson, followed by Ben Cutting, as the most effective.”We’ll find out a bit more about them over the next couple of days as well, but I thought they, if anything, bowled a touch short at the start. Once they pitched their lengths up a bit, they were a lot more dangerous,” McCullum said. “[Kane] Williamson’s wicket was probably the perfect length to bowl on that sort of pitch, but maybe it was because it was getting some nice carry as well. But a few of them looked a little bit short from their lengths. Pattinson was the pick of them, to be honest. Cutting [was] not too far away.”Overall McCullum said his team was happy with the way the tour had started, and he did not conceal the tourists’ lofty ambitions for the two Tests. “We’ve got some pretty big aspirations but there’s a lot of cricket to be played,” McCullum said. “We started afresh today, on an even keel with the Aussie A team and it was a matter of trusting our own games, making sure we play as well as we can, and seeing what that does with them.”We managed to put them under a degree of pressure today and we’re probably just up on points as well. Australia is still dangerous. They’re not the team that had five of the greatest players of all time in it, though, so they probably come back to the pack a little bit, but are still a dangerous team. We completely respect that and know if we’ve any chance of pulling this off then we have to play exceptionally well over the 10 days of cricket we’ve got.”

وكتب رومانو عبر حسابه الشخصي بموقع “تويتر”: “وقع كريستيان بوليسيتش عقود انتقاله، وأصبح لاعباً في فريق ميلان لمدة 4 مواسم، حتى يونيو 2027”.

كان ليون الفرنسي المنافس الأبرز لفريق ميلان من أجل التعاقد مع بوليسيتش، وقدم عرضا يُقدر بـ27 مليون دولار لكن اللاعب الأمريكي رفض الانتقال إلى ليون وصمم على الرحيل إلى ميلان فقط.

انتقل بوليسيتش إلى تشيلسي قادمًا من بوروسيا دورتموند الألماني، في صيف 2019، بمبلغ 64 مليون يورو، ولديه عقد يمتد حتى 30 يونيو 2024.

وأراد بوليسيتش الخروج من تشيلسي للحصول على دقائق لعب أكثر، حيث خاض 24 مباراة في الدوري الإنجليزي للموسم المنقضي، بدأ منها 8 فقط، وبلغ متوسط الدقائق للمباراة 35 دقيقة، وسجل هدفًا وحيدًا وصنع مثله.

وخلال مسيرته مع تشيلسي، لعب بوليسيتش 145 مباراة، أحرز 26 هدفًا وصنع 21 آخرين، وحقق دوري أبطال أوروبا والسوبر الأوروبي، وكأس العالم للأندية.

Whether Australia can produce young batsmen who are able to occupy the crease in Test cricket remains up for debate. That they can produce batsmen who give it an almighty thump there is no doubt. Aaron Finch, the 26-year-old Victorian, ransacked England’s bowling with an eye-popping world record 156 as Australia secured their first victory in any format for 200 days.It was a ferocious display of hitting from Finch, who had six previous T20 caps, as he tore England’s attack to shreds with a brutal display, in the process going well past Brendon McCullum’s 123 as the highest score in an international Twenty20. Australia’s eventual 248 for 6 was the second-highest total in a T20 international – and the highest in a match involving two Test nations – only Sri Lanka’s 260 against Kenya was out of reach and for a while it appeared they may cross that landmark too.A couple of weeks ago in the Friends Life t20 quarter-final there was 200-plays-200 match and the consistency of the one-day pitches at the Ageas Bowl deserves much praise – 457 runs in 40 overs is value for money, even if to watch such a boundary-fest all the time would dull the senses. But to chase 249 would have bordered on miracle territory. England, not surprisingly, could not get close – although did pass 200 for only the fourth time in a T20 – despite Joe Root’s entertaining 90 off 49 balls. Tellingly, perhaps, England could only manage five sixes to Australia’s 18.Fourteen of those came off Finch’s bat, another of the records that he broke during the onslaught. He began with a six first ball, picked up effortlessly off Steven Finn, and it was a theme that would continue throughout. Each of Finch’s landmarks came up with a six; his half-century, from 26 balls; his hundred, off 47, beating McCullum’s record, and his 150.He was on track to beat Richard Levi’s 45-ball hundred against New Zealand, in Hamilton, as the fastest on the international stage but after reducing himself to a couple of singles had to settle for second spot when he launched his 47th delivery, from Stuart Broad, for another six. He was the first Australian to make a Twenty20 international hundred and it took him just 13 more deliveries to power past 150. By then, it had long since stopped being an even contest.The bowlers had no answers, although not for the first time there was an absence of yorkers – anything fractionally off target was dispatched over the boundaries with strength, timing and, occasionally, some finesse; although this was not an innings of deft touch and placement. Finch’s sixes over the off side, one struck as he slid outside leg stump, were perhaps the most breathtaking.Picking through the wreckage of England’s figures may seem a rather pointless task, but there are a couple of overs that stand out. Root’s only over cost 27 – he made the mistake of conceding a single to Shaun Marsh first ball – and Danny Briggs, on his home ground, was taken for 23 in his last, all by Finch. Following on from Martin Guptill’s huge innings in the one-day international here earlier in the season, this is not a favourite ground for England at the moment.The only England bowler to have an economy rate in single figures was Jade Dernbach, which itself will bring surprise from many. He finally removed Finch and also dumbfounded Shane Watson with a back-of-the-hand slower ball after his 37 off 16 balls, in a stand of 99 in seven overs, had gone almost unnoticed.Finch and Marsh had added 114 in nine overs for the second wicket having come together early following David Warner’s bizarre dismissal. Swinging with all his power, he top edged Broad’s second ball and, in the process, lost his bat which flew towards short fine-leg while Jos Buttler settled under the catch. Warner then had to walk back to collect his bat from an obliging England player who had picked it up. It was the high point of the innings for England.But the crowd had another moment to savour. The opening over of the chase, bowled by the much-missed (at least by the England supporters) Mitchell Johnson, cost 17 and included two wides and three boundaries. Johnson, though, recovered from those early problems by trapping Michael Lumb lbw and then having Eoin Morgan caught at point while he touched 93mph on the speed gun.But Josh Hazlewood created the most physical damage. Root needed treatment for a cut lip after a short ball from Hazlewood squeezed between his peak and grille. Warner, who had come close to inflicting something similar earlier in the tour, was the first Australian to go up to Root who, after a few minutes, did not seem overly troubled by the blow as he notched a 29-ball fifty and he later took 16 off Johnson’s last over much to the joy of the fans who stayed on to the bitter end.In the seventh over there was also a significant moment. Fawad Ahmed, the legspinner, delivered his first international over. It went for 10 and his four overs ended up costing 43. It was not really an evening to be a spinner. His story remains a remarkable one but, for one night at least, it was trumped.

لكن لاعب الوسط الدفاعي مركز مهم، مع صعوبة التعاقد مع لاعبين مثل جوشوا كيميتش ومارتن زوبيميندي من بايرن ميونخ وريال سوسيداد، هناك اسم قد يحل الأزمة وبتكلفة منخفضة.

يطلب ريال سوسيداد مبلغ 60 مليون يورو للتفريط في زوبيميندي وهو قيمة الشرط الجزائي في عقد اللاعب، بينما من الصعب موافقة بايرن ميونخ على بيع كيميتش نظرًا لأهميته واستمرار عقده حتى يونيو 2025.

لذلك وضعت الإدارة اسم لاعب فياريال الحالي، داني باريخو، حيث من الممكن أن يترك الغواصات الصفراء بالمجان بالاتفاق مع فياريال ولكن هناك تردد من برشلونة لسن الإسباني الكبير حيث وصل إلى 34 عامًا وبالتالي لن يكون لاعبًا للمستقبل.

وتريد إدارة برشلونة لاعباً للمستقبل في مركز الوسط الدفاعي، كما كان الحال مع بوسكيتس على مدار 15 عامًا منذ تصعيده للمرة الأولى إلى الفريق في عام 2008 تحت قيادة المدرب، بيب جوارديولا.

أكد محمود حرب مدير منتخب مصر الأولمبي، أن حديث البرازيلي روجيرو ميكالي المدير الفني للفراعنة ومحمد بركات عضو اتحاد الكرة المصري، هو كلمة السر في التأهل لنصف نهائي أمم إفريقيا، مشيراً أن الهدف الأساسي لنا هو حصد اللقب.

وتقام بطولة كأس أمم إفريقيا في المغرب من الفترة 24 يونيو وتستمر حتي 8 من شهر يوليو الجاري.

واستطاع منتخب مصر التأهل كمتصدر للمجموعة الثانية في البطولة، وسيواجه منتخب غينيا في الدور قبل النهائي لأمم إفريقيا.

وقال حرب خلال تصريحات عبر برنامج رقم 10 المذاع على القناة الأولى: “مررنا بظروف صعبة وجهاز فني تولي منذ فترة ولاعبين لا يلعبون بشكل أساسي مع فرقهم وإمامهم لاعبون محترفون وبنيانهم قوي جدًا”.

وأضاف: “كنا نريد حصد نقاط أول مباراة أمام النيجر والتعادل أربك حسابتنا وكنا نعتبر هذه المباراة خسارة”.

وتابع: “ميكالي وبركات تحدثوا مع اللاعبين وضربوا لهم أمثال منتخبات تعثرت في أول مباراة ثم استكملت مشوارهم بشكل جيد”.

وأكمل: “مواجهة غينيا بنصف نهائي أمم إفريقيا ليست سهلة، والأربع منتخبات في المربع الذهبي قدموا مباريات جيدة وهدفنا التتويج باللقب”.

وأتم: “إبراهيم عادل لديه خبرات كبيرة ولعب مع المنتخب الأول ويلعب مع بيراميدز وكل اللاعبين يقاتلون من أجل المنتخب”.

Garth, who hit three fours in her 60-ball knock, was the last one out with the score on 94.The Ireland bowlers couldn’t quite apply the same pressure, as the Pakistan openers put on 42. Lucy O’Reilly, the 13-year-old allrounder and the second youngest international woman cricketer on debut (after Sajjida Shah), struck by trapping Javeria Rauf leg before. Garth then accounted for the wicket of Nahida Khan, but Javeria Khan and Nain Abidi ensured Pakistan coasted home by eight wickets.

He will abstain from discharging his duties as the BCCI president for now but N Srinivasan will continue to represent the Indian board at the ICC.After returning from the working committee meeting in Chennai, Mumbai Cricket Association’s acting president Ravi Savant confirmed to ESPNcricinfo that Srinivasan emerged as the preferred choice when it came to representation at the game’s governing body.While Savant didn’t elaborate on the reasons, another member revealed ‘continuity’ as the main factor. “Since Srinivasan has been attending most of the ICC meetings for the last couple of years, it makes sense not to disturb the pattern,” he said, preferring anonymity.Representation at the ICC was one of the critical issues during behind-the-doors deals going into Sunday’s working committee that resulted in Srinivasan temporarily stepping aside as the BCCI president.The ICC’s annual conference is to be held in London from June 25 to 29, and it remains to be seen whether Srinivasan, often accused (or complimented) as the man who unofficially drives ICC’s decision-making, will enjoy the same clout among the group of ICC chief executives that he has enjoyed so far.Had it not been the for the arrests of three Rajasthan Royals players on May 16 for alleged spot-fixing, Srinivasan wouldn’t have had to convene two emergency working committee meetings in as many weeks. However, neither the arrested players nor Srinivasan’s son-in-law Gurunath Meiyappan, the Chennai Super Kings management member who has been arrested on the charge of betting on IPL games, were even discussed during the meeting. “Neither betting nor spot-fixing was mentioned even once during the meeting, just like resignation,” said another member.Meanwhile, one of the first tasks of Jagmohan Dalmiya, who has been put in charge of BCCI’s day-to-day activities till the internal probe is completed, will be to appoint a new secretary and a treasurer. Even though the BCCI working committee has requested Sanjay Jagdale and Ajay Shirke to withdraw their resignations, both Jagdale and Shirke have made up their mind not to backtrack on their decisions to step down as secretary and treasurer respectively. Besides, Dalmiya will also have to name Jagdale’s replacement in the three-member internal inquiry panel to probe into complaints against Super Kings, Meiyappan and Royals.Even though Dalmiya can choose candidates of his choice, the appointments will have to be ratified by the BCCI’s working committee. Similarly, all the decisions taken by him will have to be approved by the working committee, which is likely to be convened once every fortnight. “In all likelihood, Srinivasan will abstain from all the working committee meetings till his name is cleared in this episode,” a member said.The situation where the BCCI finds itself after ten days of back and forth with Srinivasan, offering suggestions and conditions on how to deal with the news of his son-in-law’s arrest, is exactly what had been offered to Srinivasan on the first day – that he ease himself off his official duties until the board’s own investigation into the IPL corruption scandal could be completed.Srinivasan though dug his heels, ensured that the escalating crisis took out his two most competent aides, forcing him to call the working committee together for the first time following Gurunath’s arrest. It meant that that the agenda of the meeting moved from the crisis in the BCCI to saving an individual.
